I like it kinky

When I was younger (even still today) there are many songs that I get the lyrics wrong on. Everyone has the standards like "there's a bathroom on the right" instead of "bad moon rising". But no, not me. I go all out.

I have my iPod on shuffle sitting here and my favorite 80s song just came on. It's a favorite little ditty by Simple Minds. You might have heard of it ... "I like it kinky." Yes, its' true. Until about 1997, I thought "Alive and Kickin" was "I like it kinky."

So much so that at a party, I convinced Erica that they were singing I like it kinky. Only when her boyfriend came over and looked at us like "you retards, no, it's Alive and Kickin'" did I feel smrt.

"I am so smart, I am so smart, S-M-R-T"

I thought "Jungle Love" was "chug-a-lug". My sister heard me singing it when I was about 12 yrs old and she still makes fun of me for it.
